Welcome to RCADE! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RCADE's website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using RCADE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
RCADE is a creative platform that allows users to experiment with and create remixes of pre-cleared musical works. On Day 1, all remix creations are registered on-chain at no cost to the user. There are currently no payment, distribution, royalty, or monetization features available. The platform is intended for creative experimentation, testing, and user feedback.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RCADE. If you are under 13, you may not use the Services. Users aged 13–17 may use the Services only with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and, if applicable, have obtained such consent. We reserve the right to request proof of age or consent at any time and may suspend accounts without it.
Users may create an account or access RCADE through supported authentication providers (such as Dynamic.xyz). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected wallet(s). Do not share or reuse another user's credentials. For data handling related to accounts and wallets, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
RCADE allows users to create remixes using stems and other pre-cleared audio assets provided within the platform. When you finalize a remix, it is registered or "minted" on-chain at no cost to you. This minting does not involve any monetary transaction, sale, or transfer of value. It serves as a record of authorship and attribution only. Note that on-chain records are public, immutable, and may be accessible by third parties, potentially leading to de-anonymization through blockchain analysis. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy implications in our Privacy Policy before minting. Once minted, records cannot be deleted or altered.
All stems, source materials, and creative tools provided on RCADE remain the property of their respective rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials for remix creation within the platform. You may not use, distribute, or exploit any materials outside the RCADE platform without express permission from RCADE or the rights owner.
By uploading or creating content on RCADE, you represent that your contributions comply with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not post or create material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful. RCADE reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the community. If we receive a valid DMCA notice alleging infringement, we will promptly remove the content and notify you, allowing a counter-notice opportunity per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). You may appeal content removals by contacting support@rcade.co within 14 days, providing reasons; we will review and respond within a reasonable time. RCADE reserves the right to restore or decline to restore content at its discretion.
RCADE supports wallet-based authentication via Dynamic.xyz and other compatible providers. When you connect a wallet, your public address may be stored for identity and attribution purposes. Blockchain records created on RCADE are public and immutable. Please consider this before finalizing any remix on-chain. For more on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
RCADE does not currently support payments, transactions, revenue sharing, royalties, or external distribution. Any remix minting on RCADE is non-commercial, experimental, and for creative engagement only. If future monetization features are introduced, they will be governed by updated Terms, and existing mints will not automatically convert to monetized assets unless you opt in. We will provide notice of such changes as described in Section 11.
You may stop using the Services at any time by discontinuing your account or access. RCADE may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the Services, users, or third parties. For non-violation terminations (e.g., maintenance), we will provide reasonable advance notice where feasible. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, but on-chain records remain as created.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RCADE makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data permanence, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCADE and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the Services, including those related to blockchain data risks or third-party wallet use.
RCADE may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date, and we will notify users via email or in-app alerts for material changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RCADE regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
